The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on Saturday 2nd November 1996 or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit a lighted Special Mark Buoy will be established off Greystones.

This buoy marks the extremity of a sewage outfall pipe and diffuser leading in a 055° direction from the shore.
