The Commissioners of Irish Lights hereby give notice that on the 15th March 2004, or as soon thereafter as circumstances permit, an experimental South Cardinal buoy will be established in the area of the Great Saltee Islands close south west of the Coningbeg Rock for a period of at least six months, details as follows.
